Moscow employer conference - 15 May 2007

Talent management in the finance profession

04 Apr 2007

The finance profession is experiencing a period of rapid change. Increasing globalisation, a changing regulatory landscape and the introduction of continuing professional development for accountants have all led to talent management being placed at the forefront of organisational strategy. On 15 May 2007 ACCA is hosting an employer conference in Moscow that is specifically designed to address these issues.

Bringing together experts from business and practice, the conference will inform and influence future developments in the finance area, address key technical and people development issues and share best practice. Key issues to be covered include:

  • challenges facing the Russian finance profession
  • issues and tactics in developing talent
  • critical success factors in effective retention.

Delegates will hear from a range of speakers who will share their insights and ideas on these issues. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about the best practices adopted by organisations to redress some of these challenges.

Early booking is recommended as places will be limited. Attendance at the conference is free and places are exclusively reserved for senior finance and HR professionals from leading corporations in Russia. To guarantee your place, make your booking by contacting Natalia Denisova at events@ru.accaglobal.com or telephoning + 7 495 737 5542.
