ACCA Lithuania CPD Event on Managing Negotiation Process
On 21 April, 2009 the ACCA Lithuania held its regular CPD event in frame of the ACCA Continuing Professional Development route on the topic “Managing Negotiation Process”.
The key speaker of the event was Sarunas Maciulis, the experienced trainer having the qualification of Mediator in interpersonal and public conflict resolution at St. Petersburg Conflict Resolution Center.
This was the first time when ACCA members from Lithuania had a chance to improve their soft skills. At the training more than 30 participants learnt more about the role and aspects of negotiations, and discussed the best techniques and personal experience of negotiations.
The participants of the event showed the high interested in the topic, because negotiations is something that we do all the time and is not only used for business purposes
