Membership
Growth
More people qualify locally with ACCA than with any other international accountancy body. In 2005, 7,179 new members were admitted - global membership was at 109,588 at the end of 2005, up nearly 30% over the last five years. All ACCA members have achieved common membership criteria, from Trinidad to Tanzania, Poland to Pakistan.
Every eight minutes, somewhere in the world, someone registers to study with ACCA. In 2005, 75,840 new students registered, and the number of students and affiliates globally at the end of 2005 was 260,644 - up over 40% over the last five years.
