- A 'Train the Trainers' session was introduced this year to improve the quality of teaching services and improve students pass rates. The sessions were conducted in several key locations in Malaysia and more than 250 lecturers benefited from the session.
- The Star is the leading and most influential daily newspaper in Malaysia, and ACCA and The Star continued to raise awareness of the ACCA brand through three special supplements; ACCA Education (March), ACCA Careers (July) and ACCA World-class Education (December). Through these collaborations, ACCA provides a platform for tuition providers and employers to promote their teaching facilities and employment opportunities. These supplements are effective and targeted marketing, definitely enhancing ACCA presence and visibility in the market while providing tuition providers with a better market rate for advertisements.
- The ACCA Teach Network was launched in March to encourage interaction and the exchange of ideas between ACCA learning partners in order to enhance the development of quality education in Malaysia.
