Student and member support
- The British Council now provides reference library membership to students and members; ACCA Sri Lanka also has corporate membership of the Council, provided as a service to members and students.
- Library facilities for students were improved and the level of automation increased. As a result, the librarian will be more customer-facing in 2008, enhancing counselling services and student activities.
